A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Leading Hand to join a multi-award-winning Tier 2 builder, working on a prestigious $40M Class 2 mixed-use development in Rosebery.

The project comprises high-quality luxury residential apartments, commercial spaces and basement construction, providing excellent exposure to a complex, large-scale development.

The Role

- Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day delivery and coordination of the project
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
- Assist with construction planning, sequencing and programming
- Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics
- Monitor workmanship, quality and progress across the site
- Ensure construction activities are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and assist with quality control
- Assist with defect identification and rectification
- Help maintain a safe, organised and productive site environment

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman or Senior Leading Hand within the Australian construction industry
- Strong experience across Class 2 residential,



apartment or mixed-use development projects value up to $30M and above only.
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, site coordination and subcontractor management
- Strong knowledge of site safety, quality control and construction practices
- Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work closely with the Site Manager
- Relevant construction qualifications and White Card
