The Role
At VicTrack, we're looking for a Learning & Organisational Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in delivering initiatives that support employee growth, leadership development, recognition, inclusion and organisational capability. This is an opportunity to build your career in Learning & Organisational Development while contributing to projects that have a genuine impact on our people and culture.
Working closely with specialists across Capability, Organisational Development and Inclusion, you'll be at the centre of programs that help employees learn, grow, connect and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Capability Programs and Projects including project planning, activity tracking, budget monitoring, reporting, events coordination, and management of team queries and communications
- Support Learning and Leadership Development and organisational development initiatives through end-to-end coordination of programs, nominations, applications, logistics, resources, venues, and learner administration
- Manage systems, governance and vendor relationships (eg: EAP) and ensure compliance with organisational and legislative requirements
- Drive reporting, insights and continuous improvement, support organisational surveys, maintain Capability content and communications channels such as the Intranet, and identify opportunities to improve processes, services, and employee experience
About You:
- Diploma qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Training and Assessment, or a related discipline. A bachelor's degree will be highly regarded
- Proven experience in a similar role, administration role or event coordination in a corporate environment
- Experience supporting projects, change initiatives or learning management systems will be highly regarded
- A strong customer-focused approach with the ability to build effective working relationships and provide high-quality support to stakeholders
- Experience analysing data, survey results or reporting to identify trends and provide insights
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, initiatives and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documentation, communications and learning materials
