The Role: Join our team as a Legal Assistant in our General Personal Injury practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Opening/closing files

- Preparation and filing of court documents

- Drafting court documents

- Corresponding with defendant solicitors, clients,



barristers and the Court

- Diary management

- Thorough understanding of the litigation process and procedures

- Client management

- Arranging appointments

- Preparing briefs to Counsel

Skills/Experience:

- 1 years of legal assistant experience in personal injury law

- Exceptional client service

- Great attention to detail

- High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

- Exceptional phone manner

- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

- Genuine passion for personal injury law

- Confident and a high level of sensitivity to deal with clients
