What your day will look like!
You will be supporting two Partners in the Employee Relations team (an interesting area of law with blue chip clients). Both Partners have different working styles, while sharing the same vision and goal of the team. Both Partners are lovely to support and the variety in your day will keep you challenged and mentally stimulated.
Your expertise and skillset will require you to use your high level executive administrative experience with extensive diary, inbox and travel management. One of the Partners travels extensively and will rely on you for exceptional organisation. You will also be responsible for matter and document management, coordinating meetings, client liaison, billing, coordinating events and building relationships.
What you need!
To be successful you will have proven legal assistant experience supporting senior Partners in a mid to large law firm, as their gatekeeper. You will thrive in a fast paced and high volume team where you will use your strong attention to detail, ability to think ahead, be calm in the chaos, reliable and confident in your ability and communication.
You will be a Career Legal Assistant with permanent working rights. This role will not suit university students.
