Role Description The Liberty Adviser is a full time, self employed, work from home or office role. The adviser will support customers by understanding their financial goals, explaining lending options, and guiding them through the application and approval process in line with Liberty’s lending criteria.
Daily activities include meeting with customers in person or via phone, assessing financial information, preparing tailored recommendations, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams such as credit, operations, and sales to ensure a smooth customer experience,
as well as contributing to community-focused initiatives aligned with Liberty’s values.

Advisers are expected to uphold compliance standards, follow regulatory requirements, and provide transparent, ethical guidance to every customer.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with diverse customers.
- Solid understanding of lending products, basic credit assessment, and financial concepts, or a demonstrated willingness to learn these quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear written documentation, and confident presentation of solutions.
- Attention to detail and sound judgment, with the ability to follow regulatory and compliance requirements accurately.
- Comfort using digital tools and CRM or banking systems, with good general computer literacy.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment, manage time well, and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Previous experience in finance, banking, lending, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.
- Relevant qualifications in finance, business, or a related discipline are beneficial; ongoing professional development is supported.
