About The Role As Library Services Manager you will lead a passionate, professional and self-motivated team in the planning, development and delivery of quality library services.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive strategic planning of library services through service delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement to meet future growth
- Inspire and support a high-performing team across multiple locations creating an environment where people feel empowered, motivated and able to deliver outstanding outcomes for the community
- Identify, assess and manage strategic, operational and reputational risks
- Build strong partnerships and lead meaningful stakeholder engagement internally and externally
- Integrate customer experience, value management and financial data to understand customer and community needs and design responsive library services
- Monitor, measure and prepare reports on the delivery of outcomes

- Relevant professional qualification and/or substantial equivalent experience
- Current Queensland C Class Drivers Licence
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, interpersonal and library service skills
- Advanced knowledge of the practices and procedures for project management, operational management and strategic planning
