Library Service Officer
- Salary: $74,368 - $79,425 per annum pro-rata
- Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)
- Permanent Part Time: 40 hours per fortnight
- Located at Whitford Library
- Ref No: 26-105
Join the team at Whitford Library as a Library Service Officer.
In this role, you will deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external library customers and support the Branch Librarian and Librarian in the delivery of services, programs and events in the library, to enhance and develop wellbeing in the community.
Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria:
- Demonstrated experience providing high quality customer service.
- Developed verbal, written communication and numeracy skills.
- Developed time management and problem-solving skills.
- Developed interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Highly developed computer literacy skills (Excel, Outlook)
and the ability to navigate the internet and online resources, including common mobile devices (e.g. smartphones and tablets) and MS Office applications, and assist customers with basic IT and digital literacy needs.

- Current National Police Certificate
