The Role The Life Success Manager (LSM) is the frontline leader inside HPF. You're the person keeping our men connected, accountable, supported, challenged, and moving forward. Your mandate covers three outcomes:

Coaching: Identify the real pattern. Challenge excuses without shaming. Turn insight into action — every conversation ends with a next step, proof, and follow-up.

Culture: Keep men connected to the brotherhood. Bring them back when they drift. Model the standard through visible leadership.

Continuity: Make leadership felt. Protect retention, spot risk early, and keep men moving through multiple seasons of growth.

The LSM runs a healthy squad — not just valuable coaching calls.

What You Bring You build trust quickly and read people well — including hearing what's not being said. You can challenge a man without crushing him, turn vague conversations into clear action, and follow up unprompted. You hold the line when a man is slipping, keep care and command in the same hand, and lead from proof, not theory.

Compensation

- $80,000 to $110,000 base salary depending on background and experience.

Recruitment Process

- Interview with recruiter [15-30 minutes]
- Interview with founder [45 minutes]
- Final interview with senior leaders at HPF [45-60 minutes]

We get through the process in around 2-3 weeks. Capitano is exclusively managing recruitment for HPF. We respond to every candidate that applies.
