- Day Shift Mixer: 6am - 2pm, Mon to Fri
- Day Shift Packing: 930am - 5:30pm, Mon to Fri
- Afternoon Shift Mixer: 2pm - 10pm, Mon to Fri
- Afternoon Shift Packing: 12:30pm - 8:30pm , Mon to Fri

The Role

Our Line Operators are responsible for producing high quality Laurent products for our retail and wholesale customers. If you join our Packing team you will ensure the right product gets to the right customer, in the right quantity. The role involves following our processes and workflows and maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

Line Operators are required to meet production and delivery targets and timelines while working with their Leader to optimise processes to improve productivity and eliminate waste.

Key Responsibilities

- Work in a state-of-the-art bakery production environment
- Monitoring the production line and machines
- Identifying and resolving production issues
- Mixing experience essential for mixing roles
- Liaising with maintenance to resolve complex issues
- Undertaking thorough cleaning of the line between lines and throughout shift
- Packing products as required (this includes cold environments)




- Cleaning the production line and surroundings
- Actively participating in team goals and assist colleagues when needed to ensure production requirements are met.
- Ensuring all targets are met efficiently and in accordance with business needs
- Strictly adhering to allergen management, cross-contamination prevention, foreign object control and Critical Control Point (CCP) processes
- Ensuring production processes are followed to reduction production errors and eliminate wastage

The Successful Candidate

- Previous experience as a line operator in a fresh food manufacturing facility preferred
- Physically fit - able to lift up to 20kgs
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Willing and able to support other team members with their tasks and upskilling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience working on a fast-paced continuous production line will be highly regarded
- Full working rights essential
