About the role

Cellarbration Vale is seeking reliable, committed and flexible Team Members to work in our Liquor store located in Aveley. This part-time role is perfect for individuals with a passion for exceptional customer service and a keen interest in beverages.

Key responsibilities

1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to guests, assisting with product selections and recommendations

2. Maintaining the store's inventory, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is displayed in an appealing manner

3. Ensure pricing and ticketing is current and promotions are accurate and merchandised

4. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments

5. Keeping the store clean, tidy and organised at all times

6. Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale of alcoholic beverages

7. Assisting with other store operations as required

About you

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred

- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills

- Proactive and customer-focused attitude

- Loyal, Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, nights,



weekends and public holidays

- Ability to work confidently in a fast and efficient manner

What we're looking for

1. Possession of RSA certificate and approved Manager's License

2. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

3. Previous experience working in a retail or customer-facing setting, preferably in a bottle shop or liquor store

4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

5. Good numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and payments with accuracy

6. Flexible and adaptable, able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends

7. Willingness to learn new skills

Our opening hours are 10am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Staff must possess the ability to work confidently in a fast and efficient manner.
