Indigeco is recruiting a Loan Kit Technician for our client, a global healthcare and medical devices organisation based in Macquarie Park. This is a 12-month contract opportunity supporting the receiving, picking, packing, assembly and dispatch of medical loan kits.

This role is ideal for someone with strong warehouse, inventory, dispatch, medical device, healthcare logistics or operations experience who enjoys accurate, process-driven work in a fast-paced and quality-focused environment.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a leading global healthcare organisation supporting medical device and surgical product delivery across Australia. You will be joining a professional warehouse and operations team where accuracy, customer service, teamwork and compliance are critical.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assemble, pick, pack and dispatch medical loan kits to meet customer orders and booking requirements
- Prepare orthopaedic instrument kits in line with daily priorities, stock availability and internal processes
- Use ERP systems to maintain accurate records for kit dispatches, returns and stock movements
- Check returned kits to ensure they are visually clean, functional and accurate against required materials
- Liaise with hospitals, loan kit coordinators, customer service and internal teams regarding missing instruments or dispatch requirements
- Assist with stock control, replacement stock, cycle counting and warehouse inventory activities
- Follow quality, compliance,



ISO13485 and EHS&S; procedures to ensure safe and accurate handling of kits

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in warehouse operations, picking and packing, dispatch, inventory, healthcare logistics, medical devices or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow approved procedures accurately
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with SAP or similar system experience highly regarded
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team setting
- Strong communication skills when dealing with internal teams, customers, suppliers or hospital stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet customer deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work either 7:30am-4:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pm, depending on roster and business needs
