The Role
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics team and support the smooth day-to-day running of our logistics operations across Australia.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you will work with our warehouse teams, transport providers, suppliers and Korea HQ. You will assist with SAP logistics processes, freight and logistics reporting, inventory activities, warehouse assets and logistics projects.
A key part of the role will be supporting tendering and contract management, including working with transport, freight and other logistics service providers. Experience in managing or supporting tenders, supplier contracts and commercial agreements will be highly regarded.
You will also help resolve operational issues, coordinate improvement projects and support the National Logistics Manager in keeping our logistics operations running efficiently.
This role would suit someone with logistics or supply chain experience who enjoys working with different teams, solving problems and improving the way things are done.
What you need to bring along
We are looking for someone with practical logistics or supply chain experience who is organised, comfortable working with data and systems, and confident working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain or warehouse operations
- Experience with tendering and contract management, particularly with transport, freight or logistics service providers
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse costs, data and prepare reports
- Experience using SAP LE/WM or a similar ERP system
- Good understanding of freight, warehousing and inventory processes
- Experience working with suppliers, contractors and service providers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Positive organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively across different teams
- Korean language proficiency (written and verbal) is required due to the role's regular responsibility for preparing reports and supporting documentation for Korea HQ and communicating directly with Korean-speaking stakeholders.
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related area, or equivalent relevant experience
