We are looking for a passionate Personal Care Worker to join our team on a Permanent Part-Time basis.

About The Role

n

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll play an important role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, independence and choice.

n

Working Alongside Our Experienced Care Team, You Will

n

n
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents
n
- Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
n
- Support residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing
n
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with residents and their families
n
- Observe and report changes in residents' health, behaviour or wellbeing
n
- Maintain accurate care documentation
n
- Follow all relevant care, infection control and workplace health and safety requirements
n
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and the wider care team
n

You Will Have

n

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
n
- Previous experience working in aged care is desirable
n
- Current Police Check and relevant screening requirements
n
- Australian working rights
n
