About The Role

n

n
- Provide guests with recommendations of beverages in a friendly and qualified manner
n
- Able to mix and create cocktails/ beverages in a timely manner
n
- Works closely with other Bar employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the guest experience
n
- Assist in opening (including mise en place) setup and closing of the outlet and communicate the information necessary to ensure a smooth hand-over of shifts
n
- Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Excellent food and beverage service skills
n
- Coffee making skills
n
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
n
- Previous experience and passion for making cocktails
n
- Good knowledge of wines and other beverages
n
- 1 year minimum experience in a similar role and environment
