Help Enterprises is seeking a motivated Youth Employment Assistance worker on a casual basis to support school leavers and participants with disability toward employment goals under the NDIS in Logan and surrounding areas.
You will build relationships, provide person-centered support, develop 12-week plans, and create opportunities to help individuals reach their potential within their community. Robust communication, organisational, and networking skills are essential.
