SOUTHBANK, BRISBANE | CASUAL & FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITIES Ma Pa Me is looking for experienced hospitality leaders to join our Front of House team.

We're not looking for people who simply want to run a shift.

We're looking for people who want to lead a team, set the standard, create an exceptional guest experience and continue developing as hospitality professionals.

THIS ROLE IS FOR SOMEONE WHO...

- Has solid experience in a quality restaurant or hospitality environment
- Is confident leading a team and taking responsibility for a service
- Understands that great hospitality is about people, detail and consistency
- Can set the tone and lead by example
- Is commercially aware and understands the importance of labour, sales and service performance
- Can communicate confidently with both guests and team members
- Is organised, calm under pressure and solutions focused
- Wants to be part of building something rather than simply filling a position
- Knows there is always more to learn
