About the role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Minto NSW facility. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our daily operations.

Key responsibilities

- Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products as required

- Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards

- Documenting production data, including material usage, machine downtime, and quality issues

- Identifying and reporting equipment malfunctions or operational concerns to supervisors

- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets

- What we're looking for





- Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery in a production environment

- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace

- Positive attention to detail with an ability to produce consistent, quality output

- Capability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

- Reliability and punctuality with a professional approach to work

- Physical capability to perform manual tasks and operate in a manufacturing environment

- Knowledge of process lines

- Forklift Licence an advantage but not essential
