We are recruiting several Night Shift Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in Yatala.

This is a great opportunity for experienced operators looking for stable, long-term night shift work within a rapid-paced production environment.

Candidates with experience in packaging, print, manufacturing, food production or similar industrial settings will be highly regarded.

Operators with gluing experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production and machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and product quality
- Complete machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain production output in line with targets
- Follow site safety procedures and quality standards
- Work effectively as part of the night shift team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Production or Machine Operator
- Experience within packaging, print, manufacturing, food production, or a similar industrial environment




- Gluing experience highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good mechanical aptitude
- The ability to work permanent night shift hours (10pm to 6am)
- A reliable and safety-focused approach to work
