Our client is an established name in the recycling industry who is looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join them in Melbourne's South West.

Role Description

This role has plenty of variety, and would suit Fitters who have worked across both fixed and mobile plant. The role is short term (6-8 weeks) and will involve both scheduled maintenance and breakdown work if required. Basic role details and items the successful will be working on are listed below.

- Fixed Plant (conveyors, shredders, balers)
- Mobile Plant (excavators, loaders, bobcats, trucks)
- Scheduled Maintenance
- Breakdowns if required
- Audits and Inspections
- Monday - Friday work (7am - 3.30pm)

About You To be successful, the candidate would ideally have experience in the below, as well as the listed certificates.





- Certificate III Mobile Plant Technology or Certificate III Engineering (Fixed and Mobile Plant)
- Relevant experience will also be considered in lieu of the above Certificates, if another Certificate III relative to mechanical work is held
- Proven fixed plant and/or mobile plant experience (5+ years post-apprenticeship)
- Fault finding skills
- Maintaining Health and Safety Standards
