Silvercrete Precast is a South Australian owned and operated family business with a well-established footprint on the precast concrete industry. With 25 years of experience, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who understands the importance of exceeding expectations whilst maintaining company culture and beliefs.

Over 90 staff make up our tight-knit professional team from our production to administration staff.

We are recruiting for highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in maintenance, welding, fabrication, and change management. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.

- Oversee all welding, fabrication, and fitting work to ensure quality and safety standards.

- Manage change processes to enhance operational efficiency and equipment performance.

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and structural components.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and environmental regulations.

- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies to support maintenance activities.

- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Promoting and educating staff of company safety procedures to ensure legislative compliance with WHS regulations and conducting team toolbox meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role.

- Strong background in mechanical fitting, welding, and fabrication.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

- Experience in change management and process improvement.

- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of workplace safety, quality and compliance requirements.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
