We’re looking for a motivated Maintenance Worker to join our Kerb and Footpath Maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you'll help maintain and improve our footpaths, shared paths and civil infrastructure, ensuring our community can move safely throughout our city every day. This role contributes to maintaining public infrastructure, responding to weather events, operating plant and equipment, and supporting safe traffic movement.

This is a Full-Time Permanent role.

About the Role

What you’ll be doing

- Maintaining footpaths, shared paths and civil infrastructure
- Operating plant, equipment and trucks (up to MR licence level)
- Assisting with traffic management and worksite safety
- Undertaking inspections and maintenance activities across the City
- Supporting the team during storm events and other emergency responsesDelivering high-quality work that helps keep our community secure and connected





About You You're a reliable and safety-focused team player who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. With a positive, can-do attitude, you work collaboratively with others, provide excellent customer service, and are committed to maintaining a safe working environment while getting the job done.

What you’ll bring

- MR or HR Licence (essential)
- Forklift Licence is desirable
- Experience in civil maintenance or a similar field
