Male Support Worker – Warragul VIC

Vitality Support Care is looking for 3–4 reliable and experienced Male Support Workers to provide person-centred support to a 29-year-old male participant in Warragul, VIC.

About the Participant

Our participant has a mild acquired brain injury and ADHD and would benefit from consistent, patient, and supportive workers who can build a positive professional relationship with him.

We are looking for workers who can encourage independence, provide structure, and support him to participate in daily activities and the community.

About the Role

There are opportunities for as many support hours as suitable workers can commit to, with the potential for ongoing and regular shifts.

Support may include

- Providing companionship and social support
- Supporting community access and activities
- Assisting with daily living and household tasks
- Encouraging positive routines and independence
- Providing calm and patient support when needed
- Supporting appointments and community activities
- Following the participant's individual support plan
- Maintaining professional boundaries and accurate shift notes

About You The ideal candidate will be:
- Male
- Reliable,



patient, and compassionate
- Confident working with participants who may require additional structure and support
- Able to build trust while maintaining qualified boundaries
- Calm, respectful, and non-judgmental
- Comfortable working independently
- Available for regular weekday and/or weekend shifts
- Previous experience with acquired brain injury, ADHD, psychosocial disability, or complex support needs is highly regarded

Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Relevant disability/support work qualification or experience
- Previous Support Worker experience is preferred
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle is highly regarded
