THE ROLE

- Lead clients on transformation projects focused on process optimisation, ERP system selection and enhancement, and finance team structure evaluation.
- Provide high-level financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis and strategic planning
- Act as a business coach & advisor, helping clients interpret their numbers, forecast scenarios, align financial outcomes with business goals
- Partner with leadership teams to build and maintain financial systems, reporting dashboards (including via Power BI), debtors/WIP oversight, and financial model development
- Develop and prepare comprehensive financial and management reports.
- Collaborate on-site with clients as a member of their finance team

YOU

- Several years working as a Senior Management/Financial Accountant/Finance Manager
- Proficiency in reading financial statements and providing advice on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ability to run/control finance functions of external clients
- Experience in managing staff on and offshore
- CA/CPA qualifications completed, or nearing completion
