Due to continued growth, we're looking for multiple Business Advisory Managers to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients while developing our next generation of accounting professionals.

As a Manager you will be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio while providing technical leadership and mentoring support to junior team members. You'll review compliance work, provide high-quality advisory services, support workflow management and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Review financial statements and management reports.
- Review income tax returns for companies, trusts and partnerships.
- Work closely with Directors and Partners to manage workflow, client deadlines and deliverables.
- Provide coaching, guidance and technical support to junior team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with business advisory engagements and strategic client projects.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare recommendations to support client decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

About you

- CA or CPA qualified.




- Approximately 7+ years' experience within public practice tax and business advisory.
- Previous leadership experience.

- Robust technical expertise across
- Division 7A
- Capital Gains Tax (CGT)
- Small Business Tax Concessions
- Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT)
- Indirect Taxes
- Year-end tax planning and structuring

- Experience using Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Enjoys building relationships and solving problems!
- A collaborative approach and genuine passion for mentoring and developing others.
