Join our agile National Business & Service Development team at St John of God Health Care, where you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative clinical and non-clinical services across our national hospital network.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare services across one of Australia's largest private health care providers to identify, evaluate and deliver new clinical and non-clinical service opportunities that improve patient access, strengthen hospital performance and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

- Partner with hospital leaders, specialists, and other key stakeholders to identify and develop new clinical and non-clinical service initiatives that support organisational growth and commercial performance.
- Undertake detailed financial and activity analysis, and use market and performance data to identify opportunities, service improvements, and develop innovative solutions.
- Develop business cases, assess commercial viability, and manage specialist resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to regional and group-wide clinical service planning and strategic growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote and support new and expanded service opportunities.

Your skills and experience You are a commercially astute professional who combines strong analytical capability with the ability to influence, engage and drive outcomes in a complex environment, along with:

- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business,



or a related discipline,
- Significant experience in management consulting, business analysis and/or commercial service development within a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in service planning, design, analysis, and commissioning
- Strong financial analysis, modelling, and business case development skills.
- Experience leading projects and navigating stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisation.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- A strategic mindset with a strong focus on translating ideas into measurable outcomes.

Experience in healthcare and/or a strong understanding of the private hospital sector will be highly regarded Why join us?

We can offer you

- Salary: $160,200 to $178,000, plus 12% superannuation
- Full-Time position
