About the role

As a Manufacturing & Quality Engineer within our Core Technology team, you will improve, maintain and standardise lean, robust processes to ensure world-class quality output against globally recognised quality and medical device standards. You'll bring energy, technical skill and hands-on capability to support efficiency, cost and growth across a technical manufacturing area.

Key responsibilities

- Develop, maintain and improve process documentation using PCP, PFC and PFMEA methods, along with SOPs and work instructions.

- Establish monitoring and measuring systems for live quality control tracking throughout the manufacturing process.

- Own and improve standardised work instructions, TPM and calibration systems to keep equipment correctly maintained.

- Support future process development, planning and execution, including volume uplift planning across equipment, infrastructure and layout.

- Work closely with engineering design teams on process validation and verification, including the design, assembly and verification of jigs and fixtures.

- Drive CAPA closure, root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone) and support internal and external audits.

- Develop incoming parts inspection criteria and work with internal and external supply chains to ensure component quality.

About you

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Quality, Mechanical, Mechatronic) or a related field is desirable

- Deep, practical, hands-on experience implementing, setting up,



training and running Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

- Experience developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining complex manufacturing equipment.

- Experience establishing Quality Engineering processes – flow charts, PFMEA, control plans, key process characteristics.

- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings (SolidWorks and 3D printing exposure highly regarded).
