About the role

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys writing, creating content, keeping work organised and helping a busy team deliver its best work. You will support our Marketing Manager to strengthen Ratio's profile, while also providing essential administrative support across the business.

Key responsibilities

- Help plan and deliver marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Create and maintain capability statements, project sheets, staff CVs and presentation material.
- Update website content and help manage Ratio's digital channels.
- Write articles, newsletters, project profiles, staff profiles, award submissions and social media content.
- Produce engaging visual content, including LinkedIn videos, Instagram Reels and branded collateral.
- Maintain marketing collateral and ensure materials reflect Ratio's brand and tone of voice.
- Coordinate the events calendar, including staff registrations, client invitations and event logistics.
- Support client events and other marketing activities as required.
- Provide back-up support for reception and administration.

About you

- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for clear, accurate and well-presented content.




- Proven previous experience in a marketing, communications, administration or coordination role.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word skills, with working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, or similar design and video-editing tools.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Proactive approach, taking ownership, solving problems and following work through.
- Experience in professional services, property, planning, design, engineering or the broader built-workplace sector is well regarded.
