About The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator (Commercial) will provide comprehensive marketing and communications support tailored specifically for our Commercial product range (including Refrigeration and Applied Services). In this dynamic role, you will generate and manage marketing assets, manage commercial collaterals, POS materials, and drive trade marketing support executed strictly in line with Daikin brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Partner with internal business units to support key projects such as Daikin Trade Centres (DTC) and Daikin Park launches, sales promotions, and trade activities.
- Develop internal/external eDMs via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and manage digital content across state office and HQ Mondoe TV screens.




- Brief external design agencies, write creative copy, and design basic support materials (using Canva or Adobe Illustrator) for brochures, flyers, and signage while ensuring brand consistency.
- Plan, manage, and execute national trade show efforts, coordinate event calendars, and manage POS material distribution across interstate teams.
- Facilitate trade publication advertising, support Product Managers with ad designs and deadlines, and manage external vendor relationships and quotes.

About You We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented marketing professional with strong project management skills and a collaborative mindset. Qualifications &

- Experience

- Relevant Tertiary Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a Marketing or Marcomms role.
- Experience managing trade events and trade show logistics (highly desirable).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is desirable.

Key Competencies &

- Skills

- Basic graphic design capability using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to interpret technical product information.
- Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail.




- Proven capability to manage external vendors, suppliers, and printing agencies effectively.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and thrive within a fast-paced, team-oriented culture.
- Knowledge of the HVAC or building services industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
