We are partnering with a successful and growing business within the property investment and education space to find an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of its marketing strategy.

With an established audience, multiple complementary brands and a strong Founder presence, this role is about bringing structure, strategy and commercial thinking to the marketing function.

We are looking for someone who understands the full marketing lifecycle, can develop strategy, analyse performance and use data to drive measurable growth. Strategy and analytics are central to the position.

The Role

Working closely with the Founder and supported by a Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and owning the marketing strategy across multiple brands
- Creating quarterly marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives
- Managing lifecycle marketing, EDMs, nurture sequences and automation
- Developing targeted campaigns across different audience segments
- Measuring lead generation, conversion, attribution and campaign performance
- Overseeing content strategy across social, email, podcast and digital channels
- Managing paid media strategy across Meta and Google
- Improving CRM segmentation, data quality and reporting
- Providing explicit performance insights and recommendations to the Founder

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded marketer who can confidently take ownership of the bigger picture. Ideally, you will have:





- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategy
- Strong analytics and reporting capability
- Experience across CRM, lifecycle marketing and automation
- Strong understanding of digital, content and paid media
- Experience working across multiple brands or audiences
- Confidence working closely with a Founder or senior leadership team

Experience within property, finance, education, coaching or another high-ticket, trust-led industry would be highly regarded, as would experience working with a Founder-led or personal brand. The Opportunity
