About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support investor and adviser engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.

Working across a wide range of channels and touchpoints, you'll create compelling content, deliver targeted campaigns, manage agency relationships, and use marketing insights to optimise performance and drive growth.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Distribution, Customer Operations, Digital Analytics and the broader Marketing team to ensure all activity is aligned to business objectives and delivers measurable results.

What you'll do

- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, retention and advocacy among investors and advisers.
- Create and manage lifecycle marketing programs across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Produce and coordinate a range of marketing and sales enablement content, including email campaigns, website content, presentations, brochures, newsletters and client communications.
- Manage external creative, media and specialist agency partners to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
- Track campaign performance, analyse results and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.




- Support SEO and digital optimisation initiatives to improve website visibility, engagement and content performance.

About You

You'll bring proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. You have strong content development and project management capabilities and enjoy transforming complex concepts into engaging customer communications. You are confident using data and campaign insights to inform decisions, optimise performance and demonstrate value.

You have experience working with investors, advisers or customers within financial services and understand how to create targeted marketing programs that support engagement throughout the customer journey. You build strong relationships across the business, work collaboratively with agency partners and maintain a high level of attention to detail when managing campaigns through compliance and approval processes
