V Bathroom is a Perth-based supplier and retailer of quality bathroom, kitchen and laundry products. With showrooms in Bentley and Malaga, we offer a wide range of vanities, tapware, basins, bathtubs, shower products, tiles, stone, kitchen and laundry products.

We work with homeowners, builders, renovators, designers, suppliers and industry professionals to provide quality products, design advice and tailored solutions for residential projects.

As we continue to grow our market presence across Perth and Western Australia, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The Marketing Specialist will support the business through strategic marketing, digital campaigns, market research, customer analysis and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and analyse customer needs, market trends, competitors and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, advertising strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Manage SEO and Google Ads campaigns to increase online visibility, engagement and lead generation.
- Plan and manage social media content and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Monitor, analyse and report on digital marketing, advertising and social media performance.
- Use CRM and customer data to develop targeted customer segments and support marketing and promotional decisions.




- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and support business growth.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, business clients and other stakeholders to understand market needs and identify opportunities.
- Work closely with management and relevant stakeholders to coordinate marketing initiatives.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Marketing Specialist or similar marketing role.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing social media platforms and marketing content.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and website optimisation.
- Experience with marketing analytics and campaign performance reporting.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar marketing analytics platforms is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with management, clients, suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
