Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our energetic team in Brookvale, NSW. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, executing growth marketing strategies, and expanding our last-mile delivery and contractor management service offerings. Working closely with upper management, you will research market dynamics, craft data-driven digital campaigns, build strong brand alignment, and maximize lead generation for local and corporate B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and analyze market opportunities, client trends, and competitor activities within the Australian logistics and supply chain sector.
- Develop, execute, and monitor end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Postify Logistics’ last-mile delivery and contractor management solutions.
- Manage and grow the company’s digital presence, including website optimization (SEO/SEM), corporate landing pages, and qualified social media channels.
- Plan, write, and curate targeted marketing materials, including case studies, service brochures, newsletters, press releases, and digital promotional assets.
- Perform campaign analysis, measuring KPIs, conversion rates, return on investment (ROI), and prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and market research to identify target demographics, service demand,
and emerging industry avenues.
- Collaborate with internal operational and management teams to ensure marketing messages accurately reflect operational capabilities and core brand values.
- Support corporate communications, event marketing, sponsorship opportunities, and B2B client acquisition initiatives.
- Oversee and control the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of marketing spend across digital and traditional media streams.
- Ensure all public communications and brand assets align with corporate guidelines, legal compliance standards, and industry best practices.
About You / Requirements ● Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● Proven professional experience in a Marketing Specialist or similar B2B marketing role (logistics/supply chain industry experience highly regarded).
● Strong proficiency in content creation, campaign management, digital marketing tools, and web analytics.
● Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
● High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
