This flexible role suits a creative, organised marketer who enjoys combining digital campaigns, local events, and practical sales support to generate enquiry and strengthen customer engagement.

Hours: 30–38 hours per week, with flexible working days and hours by agreement.

Pay rate: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience and capability.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, print and outdoor channels to increase brand awareness, support promotions, and generate quality enquiries.

- Manage the dealership's online presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and online advertising.

- Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional materials and support showroom events, launches, and community engagement activities.

- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform campaign strategies and improve outcomes.

- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics, adjusting tactics as required to maximise ROI.

- Maintain relationships with external vendors,



media, and partners to ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives.

About you

- Experience in automotive marketing or retail marketing preferred.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.

- Graphic design capability, including confidence preparing clear, professional marketing materials for digital and print use.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.

Working Conditions

This role is based at the dealership in Wagga Wagga NSW and offers adaptable working days and hours, with occasional weekend or after-hours work required during special promotions or launches.
