We value our people and are proud to offer:

Your potential new role?
As our Marketing Specialist, you'll join the Digital Experience & Performance pillar within our broader Marketing & Engagement team, reporting to the Manager, Digital Experience & Performance.
This is a varied, hands-on role across conferences and events, social media, creative production, websites, digital campaigns and marketing analytics.
You'll take ownership of your areas of responsibility while working closely with colleagues across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Conference and event coordination: Coordinate conferences and industry events, including registrations, suppliers, logistics, collateral, merchandise and post-event activity.
- Social media and content: Manage day-to-day social media activity, including developing and adapting content and creative assets, scheduling, publishing, monitoring and performance reporting.
- Graphic design and creative production: Create and update digital and print marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Website and digital content: Maintain website content using WordPress, including webpages, articles, imagery and downloadable resources.
- Digital marketing and campaigns: Support campaigns across website, email, social media and other digital channels, including content, assets, tracking and optimisation.
- Reporting and analytics: Analyse digital marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve campaign and channel performance.
Bring the foundations. We'll help you build what's next.
We're looking for someone with a solid marketing foundation who is ready to take greater ownership and continue building their digital capability.
You'll ideally bring
- Around 2+ years' practical marketing experience
- Experience delivering marketing activities across multiple channels
- Experience coordinating conferences, exhibitions or events
- Practical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite,
particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Experience developing content and managing organisational social media
- Practical experience using WordPress or a similar CMS
- Experience interpreting digital marketing performance data and identifying trends and insights
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- A highly organised, proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work confidently with stakeholders.
A qualification in marketing, communications, digital media, graphic design or a related discipline is desirable, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Experience with CRM or marketing automation, email marketing, analytics, SEO or paid digital would be advantageous but isn't essential. As our digital capability evolves, there will be opportunities to develop your experience across these areas and emerging marketing technologies.
If this sounds like you but you don't meet every requirement listed, we'd still encourage you to apply.
Why you’ll love this role
- Contribute to purpose-driven work supporting quality, safety and experience across health and community services.
- Enjoy a varied, hands-on role across digital, social, events, websites, design and analytics.
- Take ownership of your work while being part of a collaborative team.
- Build your digital marketing capability as our organisation continues to evolve.
