Full-time Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and enthusiastic Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager to play a key role in leading our operations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

n

Duties include

n

n
- Supervision and co-ordination of all gaming staff, including ongoing training and mentoring
n
- Ensuring high customer service standards at all times
n
- Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times
n
- Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times, as well as all compliance standards
n
- Motivate and achieve high standards with your team
n
- Be hands on, hardworking and enthusiastic
n

n

To be successful in this role you will

n

n
- Must be flexible and available to work a day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts as required, on a rotating roster
n
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing guidance, training, and support
n
- Passionate about delivering exceptional and memorable customer service.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Gaming Supervisor/Duty Manager, or similar role
n
- Current Gaming Industry Employee licence
n
- Current Responsible Service of Gaming licence (Modules 1 and 2 minimum)
n




- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol licence
n
- Current DoFoodSafely - VIC certification
n
- Experience in Ebet/Vault preferrable but not essential as training will be provided
n
