About the role

We are seeking a Meat Sales and Production Co-ordinator to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. This is a full-time position based on-site in our Toowoomba QLD 4350 location. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating our meat sales and production operations, ensuring seamless communication between sales, production, customer-facing teams and contract processing site/s.

You will be responsible for managing order processing, production scheduling, inventory coordination, and customer liaison, directly contributing to the efficiency and profitability of our business operations.

What you'll be doing

- Processing and coordinating customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Managing production schedules and ensuring alignment between sales requirements and production capacity
- Liaising between production, logistics teams, and contract processing plants to ensure smooth operational flow
- Tracking inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and coordinating product availability
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing order updates and support
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of sales orders and production activities
- Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks related to sales and production operations
- Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and operational efficiency goals
- Supporting the coordination of delivery schedules and logistics arrangements





What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a sales coordinator, production coordinator, or similar within the meat processing industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with proficiency in liaising across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, and experience with inventory or sales management software
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Customer service orientation and a commitment to supporting positive customer relationships
- Knowledge of meat industry practices, product specifications, and regulatory requirements would be advantageous
