We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Draftsperson / Engineer with proven heavy equipment and or mobile plant experience to support the manufacture, rebuild and upgrade of Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs) – Pole Borer.

You will work closely with workshop teams and external product engineers to ensure designs are practical, compliant, and ready to build.

What You'll Do?

- Produce 3D models and fabrication-ready drawings for EWP rebuilds and upgrades
- Work with external engineers to translate designs into practical drawings
- Ensure drawings meet Australian standards and plant safety requirements
- Work with workshop and fabrication teams to resolve design issues
- Complete quality assurance inspections of completed componentry
- Contribute practical improvements based on workshop feedback

What You'll Bring?

- 3 years’ experience in drafting / engineering heavy equipment, mobile plant, machinery or similar mechanical assemblies in Australia
- Experience in producing fabrication-ready workshop drawings
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards
- Proficient in Inventor,



SolidWorks, AutoCAD
- Confident working directly with workshop teams and engineers
- Detail-focussed and ability to work independently
