We are seeking a proactive and organised Member Services Officer to support our audiology members through key administrative processes, particularly those related to internships, exams and the progression toward full professional qualification. This role is central to ensuring smooth, compliant administration across internship pathways, while also providing high-quality support to members at various stages of their professional journey.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for audiology internship programs and progression requirements
- Facilitate and track documentation relating to internship completion and qualification pathways
- Respond to member enquiries via email and phone in a skilled and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and databases in line with organisational policies
- Provide general administrative support across member services functions
About you
- Previous experience in an administrative or member services role
- Minimum 3-5 years of administration experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously in a remote environment
- Experience within healthcare, professional associations, or audiology (highly regarded)
- Australian work rights are required for this position
Working arrangements
- Permanent part-time position
- 4 days per week, 7.5 hours per day (Monday to Thursday)
- Primarily remote, with a short in-person training period in the Logan area (QLD)
- 2-3 in-person meetings required per year (interstate travel may be required)
