As a Member Account Specialist, you'll be the face of Brighter Super, helping people build brighter financial futures while growing our membership across Queensland. From member seminars and workplace events to super health checks and regional travel, no two days are the same.

In this role, you will:

- Drive membership growth and funds under management through effective B2C sales strategies
- Promote Brighter Super to prospective and existing members
- Engage members via phone, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions
- Travel across Queensland delivering Super Health Checks, seminars, webinars, workplace presentations, and member events
- Build long-term relationships and deliver tailored solutions to meet member needs
- Partner closely with a diverse and supportive team to share knowledge and drive success
- Contribute to helping members retire with confidence and achieve brighter financial futures

About You You're a people person who loves building relationships, creating great experiences, and helping others achieve their goals. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy meeting new people, and bring energy, initiative, and a collaborative approach to everything you do.

You'll bring:

- Experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management




- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- The ability to understand member needs and deliver tailored solutions
- A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach
- Confidence presenting to individuals and groups
- A willingness to travel and attend occasional after-hours events
- RG146 accreditation (or the ability to obtain funded through Brighter Super)
- A team-first mindset and desire to learn and grow
