Aussie Pooch WA is growing, and we’re looking for new team members to join us in both mobile dog grooming and salon grooming roles across Perth, North and South of the River.

Whether you already have grooming experience or you’re looking for a complete career change, we’d love to hear from you. For the right people, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you build your skills and confidence.

About the roles

We have a range of opportunities available within our growing WA team, including:

- Mobile Dog Groomers – working independently on the road, visiting customers and their dogs at home
- Salon Dog Groomers – working within our qualified grooming salon in Warwick
- Opportunities available North and South of the River
- Full-time and other working arrangements may be available depending on the role

What we offer

Full training and ongoing development No grooming experience? That’s okay. We provide hands-on training with experienced groomers, along with ongoing education and upskilling opportunities.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to be an experienced groomer, but you do need to be someone who genuinely enjoys working with dogs and people.

You will need

- A genuine love of dogs and animal care
- Great customer service and communication skills
- A reliable and positive attitude
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- The physical ability to safely handle dogs of different breeds and sizes
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
- A current C Class driver's licence

For all roles, you will also require a reliable vehicle with a tow bar. Previous dog grooming, animal care, veterinary, kennel, retail or customer service experience is welcomed but not essential.
