With recent growth and expansion within the civil, construction and mining divisions we have an opportunity available for a Recruitment Administrator to join our supportive team on full time basis. The Recruitment Administrator will provide support to the Recruitment Consultants within the Blue Collar team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties Include:

- Provide support and assistance to the Blue Collar Recruitment Team
- Liaise with Candidates and Clients.
- Ensuring mobilisations are carried out in accordance with Client/Site requirements.
- Manage the mobilisation process:
- Arranging Medicals
- Issuing PPE
- Organising Training
- Conducting References
- Completing Purchase Procedure Forms/Supplier Purchase Forms




- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Other tasks as delegated by the Recruitment Manager.

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:

- Experience in a similar role working with Blue Collar Trades in the Construction and Mining sectors.
- Time Management - Ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident and outgoing.
