PREMIUM Job Role

We are looking for an experienced Mobilisation Officer to join our Belmont based team. Reporting to the Operations Partner, you will coordinate field service, shutdown and long-term roster mobilisations from onboarding through to site arrival. You will work closely with employees, clients and internal teams to keep travel, compliance, documentation and rosters accurate and on schedule.

- Welcome and onboard new and existing employees, including completing system profiles and documentation within required timeframes
- Mobilise employees across field service, shutdown and long-term rolling rosters
- Prepare and process mobilisation documentation, site forms, inductions and manning lists
- Book and manage medicals, training, travel and accommodation for domestic, interstate and international employees
- Check licences, trade qualifications, tickets and other compliance requirements, and follow up expiring documents
- Maintain accurate roster, employee, and compliance information in company systems
- Communicate roster, flight and mobilisation changes clearly to employees and key stakeholders
- Prepare new-starter PPE packs and support a smooth mobilisation experience




- Liaise with clients, site supervisors, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines
- Assist with purchase orders, supplier records, quotes, invoices, timesheets and mobilisation procedures

PREMIUM Requirements:

- Previous administration experience, with mobilisation experience in mining or construction highly regarded
- Strong organisation, time management and coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using rostering or workforce systems
- A proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, policies and procedures
- A current Australian manual driver’s licence
