About the role

We're not looking for just another salesperson. We're looking for an A-player: someone who owns their numbers, holds themselves accountable without being chased, and treats targets as a starting point, not a ceiling.

This is a full-time Moving Sales Consultant role based at our Welshpool, WA location. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, understanding their moving needs, tailoring solutions and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

If you track your own pipeline without being asked, take ownership when a deal doesn't close instead of making excuses, and push to exceed targets because that's just how you operate, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing inbound sales enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings
- Negotiating terms and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Building a strong pipeline through proactive follow-up and relationship management
- Identifying upsell opportunities across packing,



storage, and specialised services
- Maintaining detailed client records and pipeline data in HubSpot

What we're looking for

- 3+ years' proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding solutions that satisfy both the customer and the business
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals
