Hours: Climb to 20 to 30+ paid hours each week

What This Actually Looks Like

You show up to your sessions. Your bookings are already confirmed by your assistant. Notes from the last session are waiting before the client walks in. Your mentor helped you close five current clients onto ongoing packages this month. Your hours are climbing, your rate is climbing, and you have not spent a dollar of your own money to make it happen. That is the job.

- Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
- Driven. You are building a career here, not killing time between jobs.
- Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
