About the Role

Opportunity for an experienced and driven Multi-Site General Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and growth of two hospitality venues. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, team development, compliance, and exceptional customer experiences across the sites.

The successful candidate will be a solid leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance financial planning with day-to-day operations, is passionate about hospitality, and building high-performing teams and venues.

About You

You are a self-motivated and proven hospitality leader with experience managing complex operations and multiple teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Hospitality management experience
- Senior experience managing Venues
- Financial acumen, budgeting, labour management, and P&L; accountability
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Exceptional organisational skills and a calm,



confident approach to problem-solving
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, liquor licensing, and hospitality compliance requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively with owners, managers, suppliers, and staff

Desirable

- Restaurant, pub, bar management experience
- Experience managing diverse teams
- Event management
- Venue development experience
