We are seeking highly experienced Multi-skilled Operators for an ongoing bulk earthworks project based in Brendale, Brisbane.

- $44/hr + super + penalties
- 10 hour shifts, paid overtime
- Daily travel allowance, daily meal allowances

If you are highly proficient on Dozers, Front End Loaders, and Excavators and are ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you. What you need

- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in civil bulk earthworks
- Current and valid RII Tickets for Dozer, Front End Loader, and Excavator (Mandatory)
- High level of proficiency operating Dozers, Loaders, and Excavators
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Full civil PPE (long sleeve hi-vis, steel caps, hard hat, gloves, and safety glasses)
- Ability to accurately complete daily pre-start checks and report defects
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and your own reliable transport

What you will be doing

- Operating Dozers, Front End Loaders, and heavy Excavators on a busy civil construction site
- Executing large-scale bulk earthworks, cut/fill operations, stockpiling, and site preparation




- Following directions from Site Supervisors and Foremen
- Working safely, efficiently, and precisely to meet project deadlines
- Supporting general civil operations as required
