Program Manager / Senior Project Manager is currently required for a 12 months fixed term assignment to join a leading global solution provider. This is a critical appointment for a high-profile, enterprise-level program of work. You will be responsible for orchestrating complex digital and business transformation initiatives, managing multiple workstreams, and providing leadership to a team of Project Managers. What You Will Do

- Strategic Program Leadership: Provide oversight and direction to multiple concurrent project workstreams, managing a team of Project Managers to ensure execution remains aligned with the overall program vision.

- Complex CRM & Application Delivery: Drive the delivery of large-scale, enterprise-level CRM and application initiatives, managing technical complexity, integration dependencies, and business process change.

- Stakeholder & Vendor Orchestration: Navigate a complex matrix environment, engaging with senior internal stakeholders and managing performance across various delivery partners and third-party vendors.

- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate enterprise-level risks, resolving bottlenecks that impact delivery across workstreams and ensuring seamless integration between technical and business units.

To be successful in this position you will have demonstrated experience as a Program Manager/ Senior Project Manager on large and complex IT business application/CRM programs. You will also have demonstrated experience in leading other Project Managers. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills are a must.
