Splash Cleaning Pty Ltd operates an established professional cleaning service specialising in NDIS, disability and community-based cleaning services across Melbourne.

We have extensive experience supporting NDIS participants and working within the disability sector and are now looking to significantly expand our organisational partnerships, SIL services and referral network.

We're looking for an experienced NDIS Business Development & Partnerships Manager who already understands the disability sector and knows how to turn relationships into genuine, ongoing business.

The Opportunity

This is not a general marketing position and we're not looking for someone simply to generate lists of leads.

Your focus will be to identify, approach and build relationships with organisations and professionals capable of referring ongoing clients and multiple properties to our cleaning teams.

This includes

- Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers
- SDA and disability accommodation providers
- Support Coordinators
- NDIS providers
- Community and disability organisations
- Home-care and aged-care providers
- Provider engagement and intake teams
- Other organisations requiring outsourced cleaning services

You'll represent an established cleaning operation with the capacity and systems to take on additional recurring services.

Your Responsibilities

You will

- Develop and execute our NDIS business-development strategy
- Identify high-value organisations and decision-makers
- Build relationships with SIL and disability accommodation providers
- Establish relationships with Support Coordinators and provider networks




- Generate qualified referral opportunities
- Arrange meetings and present our services to prospective partners
- Complete provider/vendor onboarding opportunities
- Develop proposals and follow up prospective contracts
- Attend relevant networking events and industry events where appropriate
- Maintain an organised CRM/pipeline of opportunities
- Follow opportunities through from initial contact to commencement of service
- Develop long-term referral partnerships rather than simply generating one-off leads

Who We're Looking For We're particularly interested in applicants who have previous experience within the NDIS/disability sector.

You may currently or previously have worked as an:

- NDIS Business Development Manager
- Provider Engagement Manager
- SIL Business Development Manager
- Community Engagement Manager
- NDIS Relationship Manager
- Support Coordinator
- Intake/Engagement Manager
- Disability-sector Account Manager

Existing relationships within the Melbourne NDIS/disability sector will be highly regarded. You do not need to come from the cleaning industry. Understanding the NDIS sector, knowing how to develop relationships and having the ability to generate genuine business opportunities are much more key.

What Success Looks Like





We aren't interested in vanity metrics.

Success in this role means:

Current recurring participants. New SIL properties. New organisational contracts. Strong referral partnerships.

You'll have considerable independence in developing these opportunities and will work directly with management to ensure new clients can be successfully onboarded and serviced.
