There is no trick. There is a standard though. You are a fit if you are:

- Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
- Consistent. You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.
- Open. You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.





That standard rules some people out, and that is fine. We want trainers who want to get excellent at this.
