Join the team at Pacific Bay Resort, one of the Coffs Coast’s largest and most established resorts. Set across 100 acres in a beachfront location just 10 minutes from Coffs Harbour CBD, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the resort’s overnight operation as part of an experienced Front Office team.

About the Role

As our Night Auditor, you’ll be responsible for the smooth operation of the resort overnight. The role combines Front Office, daily financial reconciliation, reporting, guest service and overnight property oversight.

You’ll work independently for much of the shift, so we’re looking for someone who is organised, dependable and comfortable making decisions when required.

Key Responsibilities

· Complete the resort’s nightly audit and end-of-day processes.

· Reconcile accommodation, food and beverage, golf and other resort transactions.

· Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports.

· Check in late arrivals and process early departures.

· Assist guests with overnight enquiries, requests and issues.

· Monitor the property and respond appropriately to overnight security, safety and operational matters.

· Complete Front Office administrative and handover tasks for the following day.

· Communicate any incidents, discrepancies or outstanding matters clearly to the morning team and management.





What We’re Looking For

· Previous experience in Night Audit, Front Office, hotel duty management or a similar role is highly regarded.

· Experience with SIHOT or another hotel PMS is desirable, but training can be provided.

· Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

· Positive numerical ability and confidence working with reconciliations and reports.

· Excellent attention to detail and time management.

· Strong guest service and communication skills.

· Confidence working autonomously and managing overnight situations calmly.

· Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends.

· Reliable transport to and from the resort.
